Recipe: Bread Halwa
Try out this easy to make, delightful bread halwa recipe.
4 slice bread
3 tbsp clarified butter
1 tsp green cardamom powder
Sugar to taste
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Cut bread into the small pieces.
Heat butter in a nonstick pan, add bread pieces and fry them till golden brown.
Now add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and pour as much water as needed to soak the bread completely but not too much or the halwa will turn soggy.
Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Garnish with nuts.
