Try out this delightful, easy to make mouth watering recipe at home.

Ingredients:

4 slices bread
1 litre milk
2 tsp cardamom
Sugar as per taste
2 tsp chopped pistachoes

Procedure:

Boil milk. When milk reduces to near half add sugar and cardamom powder. Bring it to the room temperature and chill it out in the fridge. Cut the corners of the bread & toast it slightly. Place the toasted bread in a bowl & pour the milk over it and keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 to 3 hrs. Sprinkle the chopped pista and serve chilled.
