Recipe: Burnt Corn Salad

Ruffle up some healthy salad today!

Ingredients: 2 pinches Chilli Powder 1 White Onion (sliced) 1 Capsicum (sliced) 1 Tomato (sliced) 1 Sweet Corn Cob 1 pinch Salt Procedure: Slightly roast the corn cob over an open flame. Remove the corn kernels from the cob using knife and place it aside. Take a bowl and mix capsicum, tomato, chilli powder, corn kernels and salt. Spoon the mixed stuff and serve it.
