Recipe: Butter chicken

Enjoy the non-veg butter chicken delicacy.

Ingredients:

Fresh chicken-300gm
Yogurt-100gm
Lime juice-1 tsp
Salt-2 tsp
Red Chili powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-half tsp
Olive Oil-2 tsp
Fresh tomato-half kg
Onion-100gm
Green chili-4 pieces
Butter-30 gm
Fresh Cream-30 ml
Coriander leaves-50gm

Procedure

• Fresh chicken marinated in yogurt, lime juice and masala
• Roast in tandoor clay oven for 5 to 8 minutes(half done)
• Take paan with medium flame
• Put 1 tsp olive oil
• Put tomato,onion,green chilly pieces
• Red chili powder-1 tsp
• Salt-as per taste
• Cook these for 15 minutes
• Grind these in mixie
10. Take out these pure (gravy)
11. Put in the pan
12. Put half done chicken
13. Put butter of 30gm
14. Cook for 3 minutes in low flame
15. Put cream -30 ml
16. Put it in serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves
17. Serve
