Recipe: Cabbage and Capsicum Pulao
Serve this unique pulao at your next dinner party.
1 cup rice (chawal), soaked
1 capsicum, sliced
1/2 cabbage, chopped lenghtwise
1 medum sized onion, sliced
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
green chilli paste as per taste
a pinch of M.S.G
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Heat the oil in the pan.
Add the sliced onion and cook till it gets transparent cooked.
Add sliced capsicum to it and cook for 2 mins.
Then add chopped cabbage and cook again for a while.
Then add ginger-garlic paste, green clhilli paste and aji no moto and mix well.
Add the soaked rice in it and mix lightly taking care that the rice don’t break.
Add required quantity of water and cook till the rice is done.
Serve hot with your favorite accompaniment.
