Recipe: Cabbage Paneer Rolls

A delicious recipe made of cabbage & paneer, it can be served both as snacks, and after meal munch. In fact it can also serve the purpose of a filling breakfast.

Ingredients:

10 bread slices
11/2 cups grated cabbage
3/4 cup crumbled paneer
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
2 green chilies, finely chopped
Oil for frying
Salt according to taste
1tbsp gram flour mixed with water to make a paste

Procedure:

1.Remove the crusts from the bread and roll out the slices.

2.Mix together the cabbage, paneer, coriander and green chilies. Add salt.

3.Divide the stuffing into equal portions. Put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.

4.Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water.

5.Deep fry in oil until golden. Serve hot with tomato and mint chutney.
