Recipe: Champagne passionfruit sorbet

A dessert with a twist.

Ingredients -

* 1 litre frozen passionfruit sorbet
* 750ml sparkling white wine, chilled


1. Place half the sorbet in a blender with half the sparkling wine. Process until well combined. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
2. Repeat with remaining sorbet and sparkling wine.
