Recipe: Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients:

8 Ounces shredded cheddar cheese
16 Ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
1 can of spaghetti sauce
8 Ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pound cottage cheese (Paneer)

How to make Cheese Lasagna:

First, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Now take some salted water and boil it in a large pot.
Mix pasta to the hot water and cook it for about 8-10 minutes.
Drain out the water.
Mix tomato sauce and cottage cheese together in a blender till you get a smooth mix.
Now spread some of this saucy mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 baking tray.
Keep a layer of cooked noodles over the sauce.
Sprinkle a portion of mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan cheese over the noodles.
Repeat the layering process of noodles, sauce and cheese and finally put a cheese layer over the top.
Bake the recipe in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes till the cheese gets bubbly and golden.
