• 1 cup drained Cottage Cheese
• ½ cup finely chopped Walnuts
• 4 Eggs (slightly beaten)
• 2 tbsp Onion Paste
• 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
• ½ cup Bread Crumbs
• 2 tbsp Butter
• A pinch of Salt
• 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1/3 cup Milk
How to make
Mix cheese, walnuts, eggs, onion, liquid smoke, and bread crumbs together in a bowl.
Make small balls and shape it into patties.
Heat butter in a non-sticky saucepan and fry the patties on both sides, until golden brown. Now put these patties in a casserole.
Mix soup and milk. Pour this mixture over the patties.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
