Recipe: Chickoo Icecream

A very simple and deliciously rich summer recipe.

Ingredients:

Chickoo 3

Double cream 250gms

Condensed milk 1/2 tin

Sugar if needed.

Procedure:

Peel chickoos, make a pulp out of them.

Beat cream using an electric beater for around 10 minutes. Mix condensed milk, beat for 5 minutes.

Add chickoo pulp, beat for 5 minutes.

Add sugar if you need, and beat for another 2 minutes.

Freeze overnight in an air tight container.

Serve plain or topped with chopped peeled chickoos
