Recipe: Chilli Paneer Pakora

Tantalize your taste buds with these savoury pakoras.


250 gms cottage cheese
2 green chillies chopped
¼ cup corn flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
Oil for deep frying
½ cup milk


Mix together milk and corn flour to form a batter of medium consistency. Add chillies, ginger and salt. Cut the cottage cheese in square pieces, dip in the batter and deep fry. Serve hot.
