Recipe: Chilli Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

8 sliced bread
2 cheese cube
400 gm. paneer cut in cube
1 green capsicum cut in cube
1 yellow capsicum cut in cube
1 red capsicum cut in cube
2 tbsp. ghee
1 chopped onion
2 tsp.garlic paste
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 cup tometo puree
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
salt to taste
3/4 tsp. cummine poeder
1/2 tsp. cardamon powder
a pinch of cinnamon powder
a pinch of clove powder
5 gm.coriender leaves chopped

Method

heat ghee in a kadai.
add onion saute until glossy.
add ginger garlic paste.
fry until the moisture evaporates.
add pepper,chilli & turmeric powder.
stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.
then add tomato puree and salt.
add paneer and stir for a minute.
add capsicum and stir.
add cummine,cardimon,cinnamon & clove powder.
add greated cheese cube and stir carefully.
remove from heat and let them cool.
then take a slice of bread put the prepared chilli paneer evenly between the slice and place another slice of bread on top.
put in grill toaster and grill till the sandwich is golden brown.
serve hot with mint chutney.
