Recipe: Chinese Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

Need 455 gms of shredded napa cabbage

1 medium carrot

1 small cucumber

90 gms of snow pea pods

90 gms of straw mushrooms

3 chopped scallions

2 tbsps of sesame seeds which are toasted

Chinese salad dressing

1 head leaf lettuce

Method

Start with taking the napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, snow peas, mushrooms and scallions in a large bowl and mix well.

Add the toasted sesame seeds.

Then put in salad dressing and toss it.

Place lettuce leaf on a large serving platter and pour the salad over it.

The dish is ready to serve.
