Recipe: Chocolate Mango Balls

Ingredients:

4 large ripe but firm mangoes
1 cup vanilla ice cream
350 gms white milk chocolate
20 gms butter
Few mint leaves for garnishing

Procedure:

Peel the mangoes and scoop out even.

Sized balls from the mangoes with scooper.

Grate the milk chocolate in a heavy bottomed pan.

Add butter and keep stirring over low heat till melted.

Dip the mango balls in melted chocolate sauce and keep in a cooler to set.

To serve-Put chocolate-coated mango balls in a serving plate and top with vanilla ice cream.

Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
