Recipe: Chocolate Pizzelle


Take about 1/2 tsp of espresso powder

Salt as per taste

1/4 cups of double dutch dark cocoa

2 tsp of baking powder

3 large beaten eggs

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

2/3 cups of flour

1/2 cup of melted butter


Start with mixing vanilla, espresso powder, eggs, sugar, salt in a bowl and beat till smooth.

Add the cocoa, flour, butter, baking powder into the beaten ingredients.

Then pour a scoop full of batter in the iron.

Bake it as per the instructions given.

The dish is ready to serve.
