1 cup Coconut (scraped)
1 cup Milk
1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
1 cup Clarified butter (Ghee)
2 3/4 cups Sugar
How to make Coconut Fudge:
In a pan, mix coconut, sugar, gram flour, ghee and milk and cook the contents on medium heat till you get a thick mixture.
Keep stirring continuously to avoid the milk from sticking on the bottom of the pan.
When the mixture starts leaving the side of the pan, shift the contents into a greased plate (thali) and allow it to set.
Cut into squares and serve.
