500 grams freshly grated coconut
1 ½ Can condensed milk
Finely chopped pistachio for garnishing.
Keep aside 3-4 tablespoons of coconut aside. Take a kadhai and heat it for a few seconds. Then add remaining grated coconut and the condensed milk. Stir until the mixture gets thick. Take it off the flame and allow it to cool.
Make balls of equal sizes and use the spare coconut for making a covering layer. Add the finely chopped pistachio.
