Recipe: Cool Curd Cucumber Soup

Try this amazing curd cucumber soup this summer.

2 cucumbers, sliced fine
1 chopped onion
2 chopped spring onion
10 gms curry powder
10 gms cumin powder
1 cup water
1 cup curd
Salt & black pepper powder.
Few sprigs of Pudina leaves, for garnishing


Heat oil in a large saucepan.

Add chopped onion and sauté until light brown.

Add chopped spring onions and cucumber slices and continue cooking over medium heat until the cucumber is softened.

Add curry powder, cumin powder and water.

Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. When cool, add curd and transfer soup to a blender and blend well.

Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

Serve chilled garnished by Pudina leaves.
