Recipe: Corn and Peas Masala Salad

An interesting healthy salad-to tantalize your taste buds and take care of calories too.


1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
1 cup green peas (boiled)
2 potatoes (boiled, cut into cubes)
100 gms paneer (cut into cubes)
2 tomatoes (cut into cubes)
2 tsp black salt
2 tsp black pepper
2-3 tsp sugar
A pinch lemon juice
Salt - to taste
1 tsp oil
For garnishing coriander (chopped)


Heat oil in a pan. Add corn, green peas, potato and paneer
pieces. Stir-fry it. Sprinkle the chat masala, black salt, pepper, sugar and salt to taste. Mix well. Add the tomato pieces and lemon juice. Stir-fry again. Garnish with chopped coriander.
