Recipe: Corn Til Ki Galawat

American corn Gm 400

Besan Gm 100

Green chilli Gm 50

Garlic  Gm 30

Onion Gm 100

Salt Gm To Taste

White til Gm 30

Curry leaves Gm 30

Refined oil (frying) Ml As needed

Dates (khajoor) Gm 100

Mango dried Gm 50

Sugar Gm 30

Coriander seed Gm 10

Cloves Gm 10

Red chilli powder Gm 5


Step1 Corn tikki

Take a fresh corn or boiled corn. Crush it with the hand. Texture should be grainy.

Add besan, chilli, onion, coriander and garlic.

Mix it well and then add up to corn crumbs. Make a round ball from the mixture.

Put it in a fryer and cook it until halfdone.

Take it out and then press with the help of palm and make a patty shape.

Then fry it completely inside the fryer. Until turns golden color.

Step2 Khajoor ambori chutney

Take a dates and dried mango. Mix it well.

Add corriander seeds, cloves, red chilli powder and add sugar

Take few ml of water and mix it.

Put it on a flame to boil. Once boil start take it out.

Cool it down and then mix it in the blender.

Do the fine paste and strain it finally for the better finishing.

Serve with corn tikki.
