Need 4 cups of chopped cabbage
Take 1 red shredded onion
1 minced garlic clove
Around 1½ cups of cream
Need salt as per taste
2 tsps of sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Take cabbage, along with onion, garlic and cream in a skillet and set to boil.
Thereafter, cook on low flame for 10 minutes, or until well cooked. Stir occasionally.
Mix in sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with lingonberry jam.
The dish is ready to serve.
