Recipe: Creamy coconut sandwich

Begin your week with this lip smacking morning breakfast.


4 slices of white & brown bread, each
1/2 cup coconut, grated
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Little tomato ketchup


Mix coconut, onion, fresh cream, butter, salt and pepper to prepare filling for the sandwiches.
Take a round cutter and cut out circles from bread slices.
Take small round cutter and remove center from white round slices.
Spread filling on brown circles. Cover with white ones.
Put dots of tomato ketchup in the center and serve.
