We need around 200 to 300 gms of mushrooms
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 Tejpatta
Little bit of nutmeg powder 
1 cup of water
1 cup of full fat milk
6 tbsp of cream
1 tbsp of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of butter
½ tsp of chopped coriander leaves
Black pepper 


Start with melting the butter in a bowl, then put the tejpatta in it and saute for a minute or so. Saute the onions and garlic together till they soften. Add the chopped mushrooms and saute til they turn light brown.

Now, put the flour in it and stir it, adding some black pepper to it. Followed by a cup of water and milk. Mix it well and add salt. Stir the soup, till it thickens a bit. Cook it on simmer for about 4-5 minutes. You can add the cream and chopped parsley. Add the nutmeg powder and stir again. You can also garnish the dish with some coriander leaves.

Your hot soup is ready!
