Recipe: Crème Brulee

Enjoy the delicious Crème Brulee.

Cream 02cups
Sugar 1/4cup
Vanilla essence
Egg yolk 3no:s
Passion Fruit 1 table spoon

Warm the cream in a double boiler till hot.
Beat the egg yolk and sugar nicely.
Add vanilla essence.
Add the cream slowly.
Set in the fridge for cooling.
Before serving add sugar granules on top and gratinate. Also can be done by adding fruit puree on top.
