Recipe: Dahi Kabab

Try out the tasty Dahi Kababs made from a home made recipe.

Ingredient

Hung Curd 150gm
Cheese Amul 010gm
Capsicum 010gm
Tomato 018gm
Bread Slice 012ps
Salt to taste
Ginger Chopped 001gm
White Pepper to taste
Fresh Coriander 001gm
Green chilly 001gm
Oil for frying As per requirement

Procedure

• Take hung curd in a bowl,
• Add cheese, capsicum, tomato, salt, ginger chopped, white pepper, gr.corriender, gr.chilly and mix together.
• Take a bread slice cut the edge.
• Slightly damp with wet hand.
• Stuff the above mixture and roll it.
• Fry to golden.
