24 crisp papdi
2 boiled, chopped Potatoes
1/2 cup blanched Sprouted Green Gram(Moong)
1 1/2 cups Yogurt
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (jeera)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds (Anar)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Red Chilli-Garlic Chutney
1/4 cup Green Chutney
1/4 cup Sweet Tamarind (imli) Chutney
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Sev according to your needs
Beat the yogurt till it smooths and mix well with salt and sugar
Keep the papdis on a plate and thn add potato slices on each papdi.
Add boiled sprouted green gram, red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
Spray on it cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt and frozen yogurt over the papdis.
Add coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate seeds on it.
Ready to serve.
