Oil- 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic- 1 tsp
Diced Chicken- 150 gm
Broccoli- 80 gm
Hunan sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Breakfast Sugar- 1 tsp
Sesame Oil- 1 tsp
Dark Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Chicken Stock- 120 ml
Potato Starch- 1 tbsp
Chili Oil- 1 tsp
In a Wok heat the oil add chopped garlic.
Add diced chicken, broccoli and the Hunan sauce, toss it together
Add all the seasonings (salt, breakfast sugar, sesame oil, dark soy) .Toss
Add chicken stock and potato starch and cook for another minute till it thickens.
Finish with adding Chinese wine and chilly oil. and serve.
