Recipe: Diwa Spiced Chicken
Enjoy the mouth watering Spiced Chicken.
250 gm chicken breast
1tbs ginger paste
1tbs garlic paste
1 tbsp red onion paste
3 sprigs/ leaves of wild coriander
5 gm peri peri chilly chopped
10 gm chopped basil
salt as per taste
oil for frying
Take the chicken breast put the cut mark (for the marination to go in)
Then put salt, basil, chilly, corriender, ginger garlic paste with the peri peri chillies in a mortar and pestle, hand pound till chunky and well blended, leave aside for 10 mins to harmonise the flavours, then apply on chicken keep aside for 15- 20 mins.
Then heat up the oil. Once the oil is hot enough for frying chicken on slow speed put chicken and cooke it for 10 min each side for right donenes.
Once it’s done you can serve this with nice cold salad.
