Recipe: Drunken Fruit Satay with Sesame Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

Satay:

Strawberries 30gms
Water melon 30 gms
Pineapple 30 gms
Green grapes 30 gms
Black grapes 30 gms
Cherry tomato 30 gms
Guava 30 gms

Marination:

Mint leaves 10 gms
Salt to tatse
Crushed pepper 5 gms
Olive oil 20 ml
Lemon juice 1/4th

Sauce:

Olive oil 20 ml
Chopped ginger 10 gms
Lemon juice 1/4th
Roasted sesame seeds 5 gms
Single malt whisky 20 gms
Satay sticks 3 pieces

Procedure:

1. Wash, clean and cut the fruits into desired shapes
2. Make satay with arranging fruits on satay sticks
3. Marinate the satay with the ingredients mentioned
4. Heat olive oil in a pan , saute ginger , add lemon juice, salt and roasted sesame , and heat for a minute
5. Drizzle the sauce on the satay
6. Heat the whisky on flame and flambe it on the fruits
7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve warm
