Recipe: Duck Spaghetti
Try out this wonderful recipe
Duck into cubes 150 g
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Spaghetti 350 gr
4 egg yolks
Pecorino cheese 100 gr
freshly ground pepper
Fry the duck breasts in oil over low heat. And cool.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, meanwhile, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, cheese and freshly ground pepper.
Add the browned duck. Just toss the spaghetti is cooked immediately in the same bowl where you have beaten the eggs.
Take the eggs thicken to create a fluid cream.
Serve with a sprinkling of cheese and still keeps out a round of pepper.
