Recipe: Easter Egg

Celebrations are incomplete without the traditional Easter egg. Try out this easy recipe.

Ingredients:

250 gms powdered Cashewnut
250 gms powdered Sugar
2-3 drops Almond Essence
1 Egg white
Icing Sugar

Procedure:

Mix together cashewnut and sugar.
Add almond essence and egg white and knead into soft dough.
Divide the mixture into portions and form into egg shapes.
Decorate with icing sugar.
