Recipe: Egg Bhurji

Egg Bhurji is delicious, nutritious, and very easy to make!


Eggs, 6
Garam Masala, 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Paste, 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Frozen Green Peas, 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped), 1
Green Chillies (chopped), 2
Tomato (chopped), 1
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Vegetable oil, 3 tablespoon
Salt, to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl till it turns smooth. Add salt and red chilli powder to it.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.
Add the ginger paste, green chillies and onions.
Continue to heat it till the onions turn a golden brown shade.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are tender.
Add green peas to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the beaten egg to the pan. Mix everything well.
Let the beaten eggs to set a little. Once it is settled, turn it on the other side, and break it into small pieces until cooked well.
Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander/cilantro leaves.
The healthy and delicious Egg Bhurji is ready to be served.
