Recipe: Eggless Almond Cookie
A scrumptious tea time treat, try out this melt-in-the-mouth egg-less almond cookie recipe with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate sauce.Ingredients :

1 Cup Butter
1½ Cups Sugar
2½ Cups Almond Powder
2½ Cups Oat Flour
2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

Procedure:

Preheat the oven 200º.Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour and almond powder and extract.

Mix until a soft dough is formed. Roll into balls and top each with slivered almond pieces - pressing them into the balls and flattening them.

Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180º until golden. Store in airtight containers.
