1 Cup Butter
1½ Cups Sugar
2½ Cups Almond Powder
2½ Cups Oat Flour
2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
Preheat the oven 200º.Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour and almond powder and extract.
Mix until a soft dough is formed. Roll into balls and top each with slivered almond pieces - pressing them into the balls and flattening them.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180º until golden. Store in airtight containers.
