Icing Sugar--80 gm
Star anise powder--2 gm
Butter milk--500 ml
Butter--40 gm (melted)
Baking powder--15 gm
Baking Soda--5 gm
Step1. Mix the flour and baking powder and baking soda sieve it.
Step 2. Add buttermilk, honey and icing sugar to it and make smooth batter, rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 3. Add pinch of star anise to it.
Step 4. Heat a non stick pan add butter and pour a ladle of mixture and cook slowly four 2 min both side.
