Recipe: Eggless Potato Pancake
4 medium sized potatoes (boiled and grated)
2-3 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a pan for a few seconds. Now spread the grated boiled potato on the pan in a round shape. Use a ladle to slightly press the surface so that the grated strands of potatoes stick to each other. Put some butter around the pancake. Once the bottom layer turns golden brown, flip and cook until the other side too turns golden brown.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
