Recipe: French Fries

Relish the lip smacking french fries.


2 medium potatoes
2 tsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup ketchup


Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2" sticks. Place strips in a bowl of ice water to crisp. Drain, pat dry with paper towels.
Place potato strips in a plastic bag and add cooking oil, paprika and salt. Shake to coat.
On a large baking sheet, arrange the potato strips in a single layer.
Bake oven at 425 degrees F for 30-35 minutes till golden or until crisp.
