Go the strawberry way this monsoon!
2 tablespoon lemon juice
150 gms sugar
Crush the strawberries and make a puree with a few pieces of strawberry to purposely give a fruity texture.
Now heat a pan and add the crushed strawberry, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the mixture reduces to half and sticky.
This fresh chutney that tastes and looks like jam can be used to immediate consumption.
