Recipe: Fried Baby Corns

Try out this quick snack recipe and enjoy the cool refreshing rains.


250 grams Baby Corns cut in small pieces
2 tbsp Chopped garlic
½ cup Chopped spring onions
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli flakes
½ cup Cheese spread
Salt to taste
1 Chopped green chilli
2-3 tsp oil/butter
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp tomato sauce


Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, spring onion and cook for 5 minutes. Now add all other ingredients except cheese and cook covered till the baby corn becomes soft. Remove the lid, add cheese, cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with tea.
