Recipe: Fried Chicken Strips

500 gms boneless chicken, cut into strips
1 cup beaten curd
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp tomato ketchup
Bread crumbs


Marinate the chicken pieces in curd, salt and pepper and tomato ketchup for 2-3 hours.
Remove and coat them in bread crumbs.
Bake till crisp and done.
Serve hot with salsa sauce.
