Celebrate Ganpati by preparing this mouth watering fruit kheer recipe.
Fruits (apple, pear, grapes peeled and then grated)
Chopped cashews, pistachios and almonds
1 ltr Milk
½ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Saffron for garnishing
Condense milk until thick and add the grated fruits. Cook it for few more minutes.
Add dry nuts, sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well. Add some saffron.
Refrigerate. Tasty fruit kheer ready to serve.
