Recipe: Fruit Lassi


50 g Seasonal Fresh Fruits (chopped) (reserve 2 tbsp for the garnish)
150 ml Yogurt
3 tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
50 ml Water

How to make Fruit Lassi

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till they turn smooth and the sugar dissolves.
Pour the mix in a glass.
Garnish with the remaining fruits.
Serve chilled.
