Recipe: Fruit Milk Shake

Celebrate Health Day by sipping this delightful, healthy fruit shake.


1 cup Bananas (sliced)
1 cup Mangoes (chopped)
1 cup Apples (chopped and peeled)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 cup skimmed milk
1 tsp Honey
½ tsp green cardamom powder


In a blender blend on high speed bananas, mangoes, apples, and honey along with milk and green cardamom powder.
Chill for an hour.
Top with crushed ice.
Serve with breakfast.
