4 dates, soaked in milk overnight
30 gms raisins
30 gms chopped almonds
30 gms chopped cashew
½ cup grated apples
1/4 cup mashed cottage cheese
1/2 cup ghee
¼ cup sugar
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp green cardamom power
Mash the bananas and dates and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add flour and sauté till golden brown.
Now add all the fruits and nuts and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the cottage cheese and cook till the mixture acquires a brownish hue and separates from the fat.
Now add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
