Recipe: Fruit Panacotta

Check out this tasty panacotta.

Ingredients:

Panacotta:
Double cream 70 gms
Milk 30 ml
Sugar 20 gms
Gelatin 1 gm
Custard apple puree 20 ml

Srawberries 30 gms
Sugar syrup 10 ml
White wine 20 ml
Few springs

Procedure:

1. Heat milk, cream and sugar over double boiler, until warm
2. Add custard apple puree and gelatin
3. Pour the panacotta in a martini glass and leave it for setting
4. Poach the strawberries in wine and syrup
5. Place the strawberries over the panacotta and garnish with mint leaves
