Recipe: Fruit Pancake

Ingredients

2 tsp butter

For batter

½ cup refined flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 egg
Baking powder a pinch
Salt to taste
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp butter
1 ½ cup milk

For yeast mixture

1 tsp yeast
½ tsp sugar

For fruit mixture

1 apple
1 fig
1 chikoo
1 guava
1 ½ tbsp orange marmalade

For garnish

Chocolate sauce as required
Strawberry syrup as required

How to make

For batter: Add refined flour, wheat flour, egg, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter in a bowl and mix well.

Add yeast and sugar in water and pour this mixture in the batter.

Then add milk to the batter and rest it for 20 minutes.

On a pan heat butter and make pancakes of the prepared batter.

Chop apple,fig and guava. Peel the chikoo and chop it.

Add orange marmalade on a pan. Add all the chopped fruits and add water.

Place the remaining fruits on a plate and decorate it with chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce. Fruit pancakes are ready to serve.
