Recipe: Fruity Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:

1 Cup Sprouts

1 Apple

1 Orange

1 Cup Grapes (Green And Black)

1/2 Cup Pomegranate

3-4 Strawberries

Juice of 1 Lemon

Few Mint Leaves

Coriander

Salt To Taste

Chaat Masala

Procedure:

Take a big bowl and mix all the sprouts and fruits.

Add mint leaves

Season with lemon juice, salt and chaat masala just before serving.

Benefits:

Sprouts are a ‘power house of all nutrients’.
