Get some fresh carrots and prepare this yummy dish.
1 kilo carrot
150 gms sugar
½ a can condensed milk
Roasted Dry fruits (5 cashews, 5 almonds, 5 pistachios)
A few raisins
200ml Ghee for cooking
Grate the carrot.
Heat some ghee in a kadhai. Then add the grated carrot and stir well. Add sugar and mix thoroughly (You may want to add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you want it to taste). Cook until the carrot turns soft. Then add the condensed milk and cook for a few minutes until the ghee floats on the top.
Break the dry fruits into tiny pieces and add to the halwa along with the raisins.
Gajar aur doodh ka halwa is ready.
