Recipe: Gajar Ka Halwa


• 4 medium grated Carrots
• 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
• ¼ cup Condensed Milk
• 2 cups Milk
• ½ cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• dry fruits

How to make

Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the grated carrots for 2 min.

Add condensed milk and mix it until it combines well with the carrot.

Now add milk and stir it continuously.

Put in sugar with cardamom and whisk until preferred consistency is achieved.

Pour over dry fruits like cashew nuts, pistachio and raisins.
