Recipe: Garden Fresh Salad

Try out this healthy and easy to make salad.

Ingredients:

1 chopped Cucumber
½ sliced Red Bell Pepper
1 chopped Carrot
3 chopped Tomatoes
2 tsp soaked Peanuts
½ cup boiled Chick Peas
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Red Chile Powder to taste
1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
1 tsp Olive Oil

Procedure:

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for half an hour. Serve cold.
