Recipe: Garlic Rice

Try out this yummy garlic rice.


• 2 cup Rice (cooked)
• 2 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
• 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
• ¾ cup Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp Almonds
• ¾ cup Fresh Coriander (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
• ½ tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
• Salt


• Heat ghee in a pan and fry garlic and chilies in it for a minute.
• Now, add the dry fruits and fry for a minute.
• Add rice and salt. Mix well.
• Sprinkle pepper and garnish it with coriander.
